Are they safe to drink from?

• Yes! They are sealed with FDA approved epoxy for durability and a glass like finish.

If I buy two of the same design, will they look the same?

• As with all handmade items, slight imperfection exists. These variations do not detract from the beauty and/or function of the tumbler. These variations add character making each tumbler a one-of-a-kind tumbler.

What is your TAT?

• Ready to sale tumblers are ready to ship, however, if you choose to add some personalization (name, saying, picture, saying, etc.) it will delay the shipping by up to 2 weeks.

Do you take custom requests? What is the timeline on those?

• Custom tumblers are created upon request and therefore could take up to 3 weeks to create, as the weather will affect the tumblers curing time. We do our best to create and ship the tumbler out as fast as possible however we will not send out a tumbler until it is cured properly.

How should I care for them?

• Epoxied tumblers should be treated like glass. When properly cared for epoxy provides a smooth and durable sealant. If drop, they can crack. Our tumblers are not dishwasher safe or microwave safe. They are hand-wash only. Do not soak or leave in extreme heat for extended periods of time.
